Savoury buffet breakfast with many options available, loved the food choices. The location seemed incredible in the town centre. Besides, we were not far from the water fountain and ladies taps, beach 

Beautiful location just off The Barbara Hepworth Museum, the leisure centre and the closest beach in 10 minutes. The guest room with the sofa bed and an amazing view.

Ideal base for discovering St Ives. A good choice of food at breakfast, such as cereals, yoghourt, and fruit. Large breakfast, fantastic location very close to restaurants and bar, the beach and St Ives town, and a fabulous castle like building and stunning very 

It was a great and beautiful location for us, next to charming St Ives, parks and St Ives. We loved king room with a great view overlooking stives.

Beds were pretty firm in this place.

Choose king room with wonderful views, radiators and soft bed. Stunning location in the extra comfy area, close enough to stunning very well kept gardens and grounds, and a fabulous castle like building and stunning 

Upgraded and exceptionally clean place with amazingly attentive staff from cleaners to waiters. Easy to get to, amazing location just next door to the centre of town using the path by the self catering houses, 

The location in an extremely comfortable area was stunning and there were a market and shops nearby. Everything was nice and the staff were exceptionally attentive. I appreciated configuration of the suite.  

Very comfy bed in the guest room, plus a hair dryer, a writing table, and coffee. Cereal, yoghourt, and fruit at breakfast. Amazing, incredible location right on to the golf course. Cold drinks at lounge bar, good service.

It has incredible location on hill overlooking the bay, in an extremely comfortable area. It has exceptionally attentive staff members on the reception desk...

It was decent sized and contemporary with seaview, good enough for a short break. The location was great, so close to a historic castle and beach and st Ives, in a central area.

Het hotel is erg schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt is fantastisch en biedt voldoende variatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie is ideaal, met gratis parkeergelegenheid en goede verbindingen voor transport. 

We have stayed in this gorgeous hotel for 4 nights, everything was good, the location was stunning to the centre of town using the path by the self catering houses. We had a functional queen room with stunning views of St Ives and 

the location was marvellous and lovely and the free parking was onsite. the rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and contemporary with perfect views and delicious breakfast, as example.
